Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By registering for any Orlo Training course, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Registration

• All registrations require full payment at the time of booking.
• Your spot is only confirmed after successful payment.
• Class sizes are limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any reason.
• This includes, but is not limited to: change of plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend.
• All sales are final.

Cancellations by Orlo Training

In the rare event that Orlo Training must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date at no extra cost.

Liability

• Orlo Training is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to attending or missing a training.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and compliance with all safety guidelines during hands-on portions of the training.

Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally. Orlo Training reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior without refund.
